French composer known by only two pieces. De ce foul pense,from the Chantilly MS, was exceptionally popular and one of the most frequently copied pieces of the period, surviving in keyboard as well as vocal versions. Amis tout dous vis,his other surviving piece, is also known in instrumental versions as Die molen van Paris.
