Christian Janszone Hollander

Franco-Flemish composer. Choirmaster at S. Walburga, Oudenarde, from 1549 to 1557; sang at the Imperial court until 1564, when he moved to the archducal court at Innsbruck. His employers thought highly of his compositions -German songs and motets which show accomplished use of the mature Franco-Flemish polyphonic style.
