Balduin Hoyoul

Franco-Flemish composer. Worked as chorister, adult singer and (from 1589 in succession to his father-in-law Ludwig Daser) Kapellmeisterat the Württemberg court in Stuttgart. A pupil of Lassus, he published motets in up to ten parts and German chorale motets, and left more church music in MS.
