Spanish organist. A priest near Toledo, in 1557 he published a volume of Spanish keyboard music (Libro de Cifra Nueva) containing 138 pieces -- fantasias, tientos and arrangements of church music by Antonio de Cabezón and others. Some of the pieces are thought to be by Venegas himself.
