Early 16th century English composer and organist. Master of the choristers at St David's Cathedral from 1502 to 1522, and may have been a clerk in London (from 1528) and Eton (1534-45), He composed a 5-part Mass Resurrexit Dominus, found in the Forrest-Heyther Partbooks,on an Easter plainsong; it is not particularly florid for the time. He has a 3-part Miserere Mihi in the Ritson manuscript that is much more elaborate, somewhat resembling Taverner's responds.
