Spanish composer, nephew of Mateo Flecha (1) . Entered the service of Maria of Hungary, consort of Maximilian II, later becoming her chaplain and travelling to Italy, Vienna and Prague; became Abbot of Tihany in Hungary in 1568, and (on his return to Spain in 1599) of La Portella. He published madrigals and a Compline and motet collection, and included ensaladas by himself and others in the 1581 volume of his uncle's pieces, which appeared in Prague.
